Consent, advisals, and the magic words
The advisals are scripts, and the camera records whether the script was read: the preliminary breath test advice, the implied consent warning, Miranda if questioning continues after arrest. Listen for the exact words, the timing relative to the request, and the response as actually given. A report’s “advised and consented” is a claim; the recording is the fact.
